Pregnant woman

We do not accept pregnant women on our dog sledding tours.

Alcohol and drugs

O'Nordic reserves the right to prevent anyone, whom we believe to be impaired in any way by drugs or alcohol, from joining the tour.

Language of Services and Liability

A basic understanding of English and/or French is a prerequisite for the dog sled driver. The Finnish level of the guide is not sufficient to explain everything in this language. If you do not understand English/French and no one in the group understands and can translate effectively, we reserve the right to prevent you from participating in the tour without refund.
Driving a dog team involves care, attention and due diligence. In our climate and with any activity involving animals, some unpredictability is normal. Please ensure you have the appropriate travel/accident insurance, as O'Nordic accepts no liability for any accidents resulting from not following our guidelines and during the introductory lesson prior to the tour.
It is important that you follow your guide's instructions at all times, failure to do so may result in an accident involving you, other people or our dogs. If you have an accident during your participation in one of our activities due to non-compliance with the safety instructions and the information that our guides will give you before and during the activity, we will not accept any responsibility and you may have to be to cover the cost of damage to our equipment and/or medical treatment for any dog you may have injured as a result.
Mistreatment of our staff or dogs will not be tolerated and if we observe such behavior you will be immediately removed from the activity without refund.
Driving a dog sled requires concentration and a reasonable level of fitness. If in doubt, please contact us directly before booking.

O'Nordic is not responsible for any accidental damage or injury that should be covered under a customer's travel insurance. Personal travel insurance is always highly recommended.
